Kerala Labour Movement (KLM) is the official organ of Kerala Catholic Bishop’s Council’s (KCBC) Commission for Labour working for the Welfare and Empowerment of the workers, especially the unorganized workers in Kerala. It works to enhance the dignity of the labour, ensure labour justice, empowerment unorganized workers, ensure gender justice, ensure the Right to Food of the unorganized workers and assists dioceses and congregations to improve the quality of institutions run by them by implementing Social Security schemes and service conditions to employees.
